2. Product Information
All Frills strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions or other content on the site. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact our customer service team.
3. Sales and Returns
All sales are final, except in the event that an item arrives damaged during the shipping process. In such cases, please contact our customer service team promptly with supporting photos for resolution. Those items must be received back in the same condition it was received in. All tags and labels must be intact, and the item should not show signs of wear/additional wear. Should the returns label be removed this will void the refund policy. We do not cover the cost of your return, so please make sure you send the item back using a tracked and insured service with adequate packaging for transit.
4. Customs and export/import
When shipping outside of Switzerland you may incur import duties and/or local tax fees due to customs or other regulations. These fees will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery (Delivery Duty Unpaid, DDU).
5. Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity of our items. Items purchased directly from stores come with proof of authenticity, such as receipts and original packaging. For items sourced from trusted sellers, we ensure thorough vetting, inspection, and authentication, accompanied by necessary proof. Original purchase receipts are redacted in line with GDPR regulations. When reselling these products, we ensure that we will use our discretion at all times.
6. Consign with us
When selling items with us, you must provide brand, condition, and pictures via our online form, social media, WhatsApp, or email. You'll receive an initial quotation, subject to change based on provided information and a subsequent inspection. Quotes can be amended or revoked.
If an error occurs in the quotation due to administrative or system issues, we'll promptly correct it. We won't honor incorrect quotations.
You will need to send your items for inspection, authentication, and a final quotation/offer. After completing checks, you'll receive the final offer, and payments are processed within 5 working days post-sale.
If items are found to be spurious, stolen, or not your property, we'll withdraw the offer. If funds have been received, you'll be notified and must repay the entire amount.
7. User Conduct
Users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and ethically while using our website. Any misuse, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or violation of intellectual property rights, may result in the termination of your account and legal action.
